N: 7 out of 10. The pulled pork was excellent but there could have been more of it. Less lettuce and more pulled pork and this category would have been higher. The amount of lettuce actually made it a little difficult to make a good nacho for the person with me but he is a little less experienced at eating Nachos. A: 7 out 10. Good looking plate of nachos but again a little heavy on the lettuce. C: 8 out of 10. Chips had excellent stability. The speed at which the nachos were consumed may have contributed to the stability. H: 7 out of 10. The pulled pork was great and I actually liked the addition of the lettuce on the nachos there was just too much of it. O: 8 out of 10. I am going to give these nachos a little higher rating because I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of Jim'n Nick's as well as the Ribs and the Naked Pig Pale Ale. Add more meat to the nachos on my next visit and I will rate them a little higher.
N: 6 out of 10. Deficiency in meat was the main weakness. Had some interesting twists -pickled onions, a variety of peppers - that added color and surprising taste combos. A: 7 out 10. Good looking plate of nachos well balanced in placement of the components and color balance. Queso was a little runny and lead to ... C: 5 out of 10 the queso got the best of the homemade chips which is surprising because chips on their own were solid. H: 7 out of 10. Good balance of flavors. Could not decide which I liked better. O: bumping up to a 7 out of 10 because in Zville, liked the joint, and they served mules in copper mugs. Double the meat and solve the queso problem and would have been higher.

Nitro-nus of Toppings: 9 Maybe it was the fresh air or feeling of being on vacation or the alcohol consumed at our previous stop . . . whatever it was, we could not get over this masterful creation. Instead of ruining it with our own words let's just refer to the menu description: "Our award winning fresh Ahi grade tuna nestled on a bed of sesame seaweed salad over crisp wontons and topped with wasabi drizzle, sesame seeds, sweet soy, sriracha and scallions" Mouth watering yet? Appearance: 8 Individually topped wonton chips are a site to behold, especially accompanied by a cold cocktail. Chip Stability: 8 Crunchy to the last bite. There were no bend to these chips. How Did They Taste: 9 So good that we had to order round 2 for dessert. Overall: 9 It had been awhile since the Dudes had been together and even longer since the Mrs. Dudes had the chance to hang out. So everyone was already in a good mood and who can argue with the keys as a perfect setting for nachos. However, what put it over the top was the sheer surprise of finding the Island Grill. Who knows if [...]
The Nacho Dudes met up in French Lick, IN to allow the kids to spend some time at the Indoor water park, do a little gambling and of course find some local nachos. We came upon 33 Brick Street. There we sampled both the Philly Cheese Steak Nachos and the Philly Cheese Chicken Nachos. We were hoping for a little more from the nachos since we had heard such good things about the establishment overall. Luckily we had entrees as well that helped fill us up. We ended up giving the Nachos an overall rating of a 6. The breakdown of the rating using our patented N.A.C.H.O rating system is below. Be sure to follow Nachodudes on Instagram and on Twitter @nachodudes. N – 4. As you can tell from the pictures the toppings were pretty thin. We were left with quite a few plain chips at the end of each order. The waitress even noticed and brought a side of queso. A – 4. French Fries should be served in a basket not Nachos! C – 9. The chips stayed firm throughout and had good flavor. H – 8. The taste on both the Steak and the Chicken [...]
