N: 6 out of 10. Deficiency in meat was the main weakness. Had some interesting twists -pickled onions, a variety of peppers – that added color and surprising taste combos.

C: 5 out of 10 the queso got the best of the homemade chips which is surprising because chips on their own were solid.

H: 7 out of 10. Good balance of flavors. Could not decide which I liked better.

O: bumping up to a 7 out of 10 because in Zville, liked the joint, and they served mules in copper mugs. Double the meat and solve the queso problem and would have been higher.
