Pulled Pork Nachos. Jim’n Nick’s BBQ, Birmingham, AL

N: 7 out of 10. The pulled pork was excellent but there could have been more of it. Less lettuce and more pulled pork and this category would have been higher. The amount of lettuce actually made it a little difficult to make a good nacho for the person with me but he is a little less experienced at eating Nachos.

A: 7 out 10. Good looking plate of nachos but again a little heavy on the lettuce.

C: 8 out of 10. Chips had excellent stability. The speed at which the nachos were consumed may have contributed to the stability.

H: 7 out of 10. The pulled pork was great and I actually liked the addition of the lettuce on the nachos there was just too much of it.

O: 8 out of 10. I am going to give these nachos a little higher rating because I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of Jim’n Nick’s as well as the Ribs and the Naked Pig Pale Ale. Add more meat to the nachos on my next visit and I will rate them a little higher.
